More Info on HPRP
Eligibility
- Persons who are still housed but at risk of becoming homeless
- Persons who are already homeless
- Young adults ages 17-21 years of age with or without children
- Adults over 21 years of age with children
- Persons meeting specific income requirements (little or no income)
How to Access Assistance
- Contact the HPRP intake coordinator at (318) 345-5556, ext. 212 to schedule an appointment for a face-to-face needs assessment.
- Provide proof of income, housing status, need for requested assistance and proof of minimum eligibility requirements.
- Level of assistance will be based on need determination, homelessness risk factors, and ability to meet other minimum eligibility requirements outlined by HUD HPRP and the City of Monroe.
